You call us and we fix it. Our 25-year labor warranty covers workmanship on every part of the build — framing, deck boards, railings, waterproofing, hardware, flashing details. If any of it fails in years 1 through 25, we come back and make it right at no cost to you. Composite materials are separately covered by manufacturer warranties (Deckorators, GAF, others) — also 25 years. Most deck builders offer 1 to 2 years of labor coverage. We match the material manufacturers on our own work because we build to that standard.

Yes. We work with Hearth and HFS Financial. Qualified buyers can get 0% interest for up to 21 months, or longer terms with fixed monthly payments. Both use soft credit pulls, so checking what you qualify for won't affect your credit score. Financing paperwork can be handled during your consultation — no separate application to fill out on your own.

Yes. You will have the same installation team for the entire project. Your project manager from our office team is your primary point of contact throughout — one person you can call with any question.
